2. If the Issue is From Our Side

If the product has a defect, damage, wrong item, or any mistake caused by MegaSouq LLC, customers are eligible for:

  • Full refund, or
  • Product exchange

The choice between refund or exchange will be provided according to the customer’s preference. In this case, all delivery or return costs will be covered by MegaSouq LLC.

3. If the Issue is From the Customer Side

If the return request is due to customer reasons (such as wrong selection, size preference, or change of mind), we offer:

  • Exchange only
  • No refund will be provided

4. Delivery Charges

If the return or exchange is required due to an error from the customer (such as incorrect address or customer-related delivery issues), delivery charges may apply.

If the issue is caused by MegaSouq LLC, the return or exchange will be arranged free of charge.

5. Product Condition

To qualify for a refund or exchange, products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging (if applicable)
